Fundada en 1989, la sede Concepción es la cuna de la Universidad San Sebastián en Chile. A más de 30 años desde su nacimiento en esta ciudad, se ha posicionado como una de las principales casas de estudios en la Región del Biobío, convirtiéndose además en la más grande entre las privadas y la segunda con mayor preferencia de alumnos e infraestructura en esta zona del país.
