The Faculty of Psychology and Humanities aspires to be a faculty recognized for the quality and level of its academic community at the service of the cultivation of knowledge and its communication in the field of psychology and humanities, the professional and human formation of people according to the Educational Project of our university, for the search and dissemination of truth through reflection, research and links with society, driven by a spirit of public service, a deep love for the person and the desire to promote culture. 

The main lines of research of the Faculty are organized around the social and disciplinary concern for the mental health of people, the family and the development of a practical philosophy that addresses the main human issues from the perspective of the Christian Humanist. In Mental Health, research is conducted in the areas of prevention, promotion and intervention, considering the dimensions of subjective well-being and life course of the subjects. In Philosophy, research is conducted in the areas of political philosophy, economics and social ethics linked to education and bioethics.
