    His research addresses trajectories of the therapeutic focus during psychotherapeutic processes; identification of moments of intra- and extra-session change; study of the heterogeneity of depression; impact of personality functioning on depression; adverse childhood experiences as a transdiagnostic factor; study of the psychotherapeutic process in terms of change in results and alliance; idiographic model of patient-centered psychotherapy, and contributions to public policies.

    She is a Psychologist and Doctor in Psychotherapy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and the University of Heidelberg (Germany). Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor. He has training in Psychoanalytic Focal Psychotherapy (Corporación Salvador and Universidad de Chile) and Intersubjective Psychoanalysis. Trainer of the Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnostic System (OPD-2) and certified in Facial Action Coding System (FACS). She is Director of the Psychotherapy Research Center (CiPsi), Associate Researcher at the Millennium Institute for Research in Depression and Personality (MIDAP) and Teaching Researcher at the Faculty of Psychology at the San Sebastián University. As a Responsible Researcher, she has been awarded Postdoctoral funds, Fondecyt Initiation and international funds (IPA). As a Collaborator, she has been awarded PCI and Fondecyt Regular association funds. This has resulted in 17 publications in the last 10 years (8 of them within the first 3 authors) and presentations at national and international conferences.
