Lines of inquiry arise naturally when we ask the right questions about interaction with our environment. The periodic system, although incomplete, is a solid basis for developing new ideas. Areas of interest include: (a) entrepreneurship and social business, promoting positive impact; (b) condensed matter, atomic and molecular spectroscopy, exploring the fundamental properties of matter; (c) new models and methodologies for rationalizing experimental data in mining and geology, applying advanced and accurate software despite its growing complexity; and (d) advanced topics in nanotechnology, leading the way in innovation and technological application.
