Montserrat Rodríguez Vera is a doctoral candidate in the Psychology program at the Complutense University of Madrid. She is a Psychologist with a Master's Degree in Social Psychology from the University of Talca and a Master's Degree in Neuropsychology from the University of Salamanca (Spain). She worked as a coordinator for Support in Higher Education at the University of Playa Ancha, facilitating the academic progress of students. She is currently a research professor in the Occupational Therapy program, collaborating with a research group on learning diversity at the University Complutense of Madrid, and she belongs to the academic research core of the Interdisciplinary Master's Degree in Neurodevelopment and Neuroeducation in San Sebastian University, Concepción.

She is a teacher with undergraduate and graduate experience in health psychology, educational psychology, psychoaffective processes and graduate seminars.

Present interest in the field of psychological resources of students in higher education, including personality, motivation, socio-emotional competencies, self-efficacy, stress. She has developed research in executive functions, parenting skills and learning diversity. Another of her interests is the relationship between cognitive functions in and occupational participation in sport.
