Abstract
La nueva Ley 21.325 de Migración y Extranjería viene a introducir innovaciones en materia del régimen laboral y previsional de los trabajadores migrantes en Chile. Este capítulo aborda dichas innovaciones, considerando que estas disposiciones complementan la normativa general de trabajo y conforman un estatuto laboral aplicable a los trabajadores migratorios.
