Abstract

This work aims to defend the inclusion of the gender perspective as a tool that favors the legal protection of rights for women and lgbtiq+ people. We uphold the idea that the access to justice must be understood as an essential human right in a democratic state. So, it is relevant to remove obstacles affecting these categories of people in line with the international human rights standards.
