Abstract
Many university managers direct their institutions on the basis of managing the existing, but without projecting them into new stages of academic development, a phenomenon that considerably harms their organizations, given the current organizational environment. Considering this reality, this work has as its central purpose, to describe the different actions developed in the field of teaching management, in a university campus in Chile. The information is delivered under the outline of a case report. It is shown that installing academic management tools, improve the efficiency levels of the respective division.
