Dr. Paula Pavez Salinas completed her doctorate in Psychology at the University of Santiago de Chile (USACH). Subsequently, she obtained a postdoctoral fellowship funded by the National Commission for Scientific and Technological Research (ANID). Within her academic career, she has worked as a researcher at the Institute for Research in Education and Social Sciences (INVEDUCS) of the Central University of Chile (UCEN), and the Center for Advanced Studies (CEA) of the University of Playa Ancha (UPLA). ). At present, she is an academic and researcher at the Faculty of Education of the San Sebastián University.

Currently, she works as a Research teacher at the Faculty of Education at San Sebastián University, teaching courses on the Life Cycle and the Psychological Foundations of Learning.

Her main lines of research focus on the study of emotion and behavior, as well as the psychosocial processes related to well-being and learning in humans. On these topics, she have published numerous articules in indexed journals.
