    She is a Civil Engineer and has a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad del Norte in Colombia, and a PhD in Engineering Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She has more than 15 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in transportation studies and demand modeling in important strategic projects in passenger and cargo transportation. In research, he has experience in discrete choice models and declared and revealed preference survey designs.

    Teaching

    Extensive experience as a teacher in fields such as transportation engineering, traffic engineering, demand models, and process simulation (among others) in different national and international universities.

    Research interests

    Research interests focus on the study of passenger transport demand, through discrete choice models with different levels of complexity: from simple models to hybrids with classes and/or latent variables.
