How are the flows of energy, matter and information articulated in biological systems? His group searches for new metabolic phenomena, developing high-resolution optical techniques.

Personal profile

L. Felipe Barros, marshal-institute, Physician-surgeon and Doctor of Sciences from the University of Chile, thesis supervised by David Yudilevich. He was a Wellcome Trust Postdoctoral Fellow in Steve Baldwin's laboratory in Leeds, United Kingdom, and returned as an academic to the University of Chile in 1996. He joined the Center for Scientific Studies in Valdivia in 2000 and the San Sebastián University in 2022.
