    The lines of research developed by Professor Rojas are the following: (a) access to justice and due process in civil judicial proceedings; (b) validity of the procedural law in time: retroactivity and immediate application of the procedural law; (c) relations between the ordinary and constitutional jurisdictions in the application of the Constitution.

    Lawyer. Graduate in Legal Sciences, Universidad Andrés Bello (Santiago, Chile). Doctor of Law, Universidad de los Andes (Chile), master in Public Law, Universidad de los Andes (Chile) and master in Procedural Law, Universidad Nacional de Rosario (Argentina). His professional career has been focused on 25 years of university lecturing at undergraduate and graduate levels, academic management and research, where he has published various specialized papers in the field of procedural law. He has published the following books "The immediate validity of procedural law in time." (Ed. Tirant lo Blanch) and "The tacit abrogation of preconstitutional precepts by ordinary jurisdiction" (Ed. Metropolitana).

    Teaching

    Professor Rojas has 25 years of experience in undergraduate and postgraduate university teaching in the field of procedural law, as well as in relevant institutions such as the Judicial Academy. He has specialized in general procedural theory and civil procedural law. In addition, he participates in innovation projects in university teaching through the Academy of Civil Law and Procedural Law.
