He began his experience in early stimulation rooms in the commune of Ercilla and in the specialized one at the Catholic University of Temuco and then continued as a specialist teacher at the AGAPE autism center. Subsequently, it is developed in the educational management of the School Integration Program of the Municipality of Puerto Montt, managing to communally coordinate said program that houses 65 establishments and more than 4,500 students with special educational needs at the nursery, basic, secondary and high school levels. adults. In parallel, he has been a teacher at the Catholic Universities of Temuco, Aconcagua, Santo Tomás, Austral and San Sebastián.

It has been developed in the Advance Differential Education Program in the subjects of Curriculum Orientations, Psychopedagogical Evaluation, Accessibility and Inclusion and Titration Seminar, in which research regarding educational inclusion has been fundamental for an updated understanding of the curriculum.

He has developed research related to Inclusive Education Policies focused on disability, addressing the practical implications of these policies on teachers, students, managers and interdisciplinary teams, as well as on families and on the phenomenon of disability as a social construct and discrimination. Along these lines, the most specific area of ​​interest is the Autism Spectrum Condition related to communication and personal experience.
