Dr. Emilio Sagredo Lillo is characterized by his diverse and complementary lines of interdisciplinary research. He has experience in qualitative and quantitative approaches, which allows him to understand the complexity of social reality. Its main focus is on the field of psychology and education, addressing key topics such as neurosciences, neurodiversity, inclusion, learning, intelligence and management.

Dr. Emilio Sagredo has two doctorates: one in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and the University of Barcelona; and another in Education in the consortium of Universities composed of the Catholic University of the Santísima Concepción (UCSC), the Catholic University of Maule, the Catholic University of Temuco and the University of Biobío. Subsequently, he completed a postdoctoral degree at the Faculty of Psychology at the UAB. As a research academic, he has worked at the UCSC and currently performs the same function at the San Sebastián University. He has obtained government grants for his training and has led projects as a principal investigator.

He has held teaching roles in various chairs, covering areas such as educational management, research methodology and academic talents. At San Sebastián University, his current teaching focus is on neuroscience, neurodiversity, and adaptive behaviors in neurodevelopmental disorders. This teaching experience is directly aligned with his career in scientific research and professional training; his lines of research are closely related to these topics. In addition, he has constantly worked on the integration of research into training, involving students in their research projects, acting as a mentor and promoting research groups in the academic environment.
