The Faculty of Dentistry and Rehabilitation Sciences is formed by the careers of Dentistry, Speech Therapy, Kinesiology and Occupational Therapy, which are committed to comprehensive academic training, promoting care and attention to people throughout life.

The Faculty promotes the development of basic and applied research in the areas of health promotion, prevention and rehabilitation, encouraging interdisciplinary work, through the formation of research groups, who respond in a creative and innovative way to the needs of the environment, linking with the environment, both with national and international institutions at public and private level.

Objective and/or purpose:

To strengthen research within the Faculty, strengthening the lines of interdisciplinary research that contribute to the comprehensive solution of health problems present in the human life cycle, positioning ourselves as national and international references in specific areas of research in both basic and applied sciences, linking the actions of the professional with the territorial environment of the community.
